For when one visit isn't really what you're after — the second and third sessions go somewhere the first can't. If stress, poor sleep or burnout has been sitting with you for a while, one deeply restful evening helps. A structured three is where people notice the shift holding.
How it works
- Session one — arrive. A quick chat with Phoenix about what's going on for you, then 90 minutes of singing bowls and gongs while you lie back and receive. Most people leave slower and calmer than they've felt in weeks.
- Session two — settle. With the first-layer tension out of the way, the body stops bracing and the sound goes deeper. This is usually the session people describe as the turning point.
- Session three — hold. The reset consolidates. Phoenix shapes the session around what has shifted and what still needs attention, so you leave with the calm actually sticking.
You choose the session style for each visit — Private Sound Healing, Vibrational Massage, or Combined Healing — and you book the dates that suit you, 7 days a week, 9am to 9pm.
Payment: Card, Klarna, Zip or Link — processed securely by Stripe when you book.
Rescheduling: costs half the service price. We don't offer refunds on any service.
What to wear: clothing you can lie down in comfortably. Mats, blankets and bolsters are all here.
